PlayStation Has Sold Around Two Million Portals
When PlayStation revealed the Portal, a handheld device that, up until recently, only functioned when tethered to a PS5, many of you laughed it out of the virtual building before it had even been released. 12 months later, turns out it wasn't such a bad idea after all as even though official sales numbers haven't been revealed, a breakdown of the Portal's usage has confirmed around two million of them have been sold. However, tucked away in Totilo's report after the reveal that Portal usage peaks around 9 pm is a note confirming roughly three percent of those with a PS5 have picked up a Portal. PlayStation hasn't shared any information pertaining to how many people have bought a Portal which, considering how quickly the device sells out whenever it's restocked, seems a little odd.
