I really disagree with this statement. Xbox consoles are generally the least innovative Merging Windows and Xbox is what I've been saying for years now that they are going to be working towards. This is going to flop. PC gamers will buy the handhelds with SteamOS. 99% of them won't even buy games on any store that isn't Steam. Epic has given away free games every week for years and PC gamers still hate them. More likely, MS is terrified that SteamOS and SteamOS-like arrangements will displace them. And they should be terrified.
