Nintendo Denies CES Switch 2 Leaks Are Real
Over the last few weeks, the Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch Successor, or Super Nintendo Switch, whichever you choose to call it, has become gaming's worst-kept secret. Accessories for the console first leaked online; then a YouTuber was sent a mock-up of a Switch 2, the Joy-Cons were seen, prices and games appeared online, and, at CES, accessory manufacturer Genki showed off a dummy of the hardware. Despite the numerous leaks, a former Nintendo employee suggested that Nintendo would feel under no pressure to change its plans. Speaking on Twitter, former PR representative for Nintendo Krysta Yang said, "As wild as these leaks are, Nintendo is going to stick to their plan."
