Another year means new PlayStation 2025 console exclusives for us to get our little gamer mitts onto! So what’s in store for one of the gaming industry’s biggest players through this year and beyond? Let’s dive in so that you can mark your calendars and get hyped accordingly! The sequel to Sony’s acclaimed 2020 hit Ghost of Tsushima, this title is arguably the most anticipated exclusive for PlayStation in 2025. However, whilst Tsushima was set during the Mongol period of Japan, Yotei is set 300 years after in 1603, the beginning of the Edo period. Also, the main protagonist is a female named Atsu who is using the Ghost persona whilst traversing around the game’s new location – modern-day Hokkaido. Based on all the information we know, and the fact that Ghost of Yotei is the first Sucker Punch Productions game to be built completely for the PlayStation 5, it’s (hopefully!) safe to say that it will be a worthy successor to its predecessor.
